Follow this quick guide:

1 - Submit This Order Form

Fill out our order form on the right with all of the information that you have, if you don’t know some of the details we can help you decide what will work best for your needs.

2 - Estimate and Proofs

Once we receive your order we will generate an estimate and send it back to you via email. If you approve the estimated price for the project we will have our designers send you a proof of what your sign or project will look like when completed. If you have logos, photos, design ideas, or artwork that is ready to print you may send it with the estimate approval. Once the proof has been approved we will begin production.

Our formats for print ready art are:
Vector Images (.eps)
Photoshop (.psd or .tif)
Adobe (.pdf)
We can not use Microsoft Publisher, Powerpoint, Word, or Excel files. Please ensure that your file is in one of the approved formats prior to sending.

3 - Production and Finishing

Once an order has been approved for production it will typically be ready within a few business days. Since most of our orders are custom some may take longer than others to complete but we will always strive to have them ready by your deadline.

4 - Pickup and Payment

Once your order is ready a representative from Sign World will call. Signs can be picked up during any normal business hours or after hours if arrangements have been made. Payment is due upon pickup for all orders unless prior terms have been established; we accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
